You can now copy in the Administration > Workflows view a Workflow Configuration (template + activities) and edit it in TMS.
Select the Workflow Configuration in the Administration | Workflows view and select Copy in the context menu. In the Copy a workflow configuration dialog set the Copy workflow template selector ON and select Save to copy the template.
